Lubricate the electric stacker according to the maintenance diagram, and charge the battery regularly. Unplug the battery, clean the battery, and apply special grease on the motor bolts. If the electric stacker is out of service for more than 2 months, the stacker must be stored in a frost-free dry space. During storage, the stacker must be supported with brackets and all wheels must be off the ground. Only in this way can it be ensured that the wheels and wheel bearings are not damaged during storage. If the switching operation of the electrical system is difficult, the contact spray should be sprayed on the exposed contact surface, and the oxide layer on the contact surface of the operating element should be removed by repeatedly performing the switching operation. After the electric stacker is put into use, the driver should immediately test the braking performance repeatedly.
