All-electric pallet truck system failure phenomenon and troubleshooting method: 1. Vibration caused by large lifting 1. The gas in the large lifting cylinder can be solved by multiple loading and lifting method exhaust. 2. Oil leakage in the hydraulic system, maintenance and removal of oil seals and hydraulic cylinders. 2. Sliding down automatically when there is a load. 1. There is oil leakage in the oil pipeline or oil circuit joints, and the seals can be removed and replaced. 2. Electromagnetic, manual reversing valves, check valves are stuck with waste or the sealing ring is worn out, causing internal leakage. Solution: Clean the valve block and replace the seals. The working pressure of the overflow valve is not enough, adjust again. 3. Excessive wear of the oil pump causes internal leakage and needs to be replaced. 4. Electromagnetic, manual reversing valve, one-way valve, safety valve are worn out or seals are worn out and need to be replaced. 5. The hydraulic oil temperature is too high for a long time. The hydraulic oil has deteriorated and its viscosity has declined, causing leakage. Replace the hydraulic oil. 4. The driving wheel causes abnormal noise when driving. 1. Hard dirt is mixed into the lubricating oil to replace the lubricating oil. 2. The bearing is excessively worn or damaged and needs to be replaced. 5. The braking system is not sensitive 1. The control circuit is not disconnected, check the control system. 2. The friction plate of the brake system is worn out and needs to be replaced. VI. Cannot move 1.
